Terms
Last updated 27 September 2026
By using VoiceScholr you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
You are talking to an AI
- Every agent on VoiceScholr is an AI, not a person. It can be wrong, misread what it sees, or misunderstand you.
- Don’t rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, and never in an emergency. Call your local emergency number instead.
Free calls
Free calls are limited in length and number, and the limits can change. We may pause calls, or a single agent, at any time, for example when the service is busy or being fixed.
Building agents
- You are responsible for your agent’s instructions and knowledge, and for what it says to the people you share it with.
- Tell your visitors they are talking to an AI, and don’t use an agent to collect card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers.
- If you add your own API key, calls on your agent are billed by that provider to you.
Not allowed
- Anything illegal, harassment, or pretending to be a real person or company without permission.
- Trying to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
We may remove agents or accounts that break these rules.
No guarantee
VoiceScholr is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always work or be correct. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. How we handle your data is in the Privacy page.
